Works very well, very tacky yet does not tear the skin

Works very well to keep my Libre sensor in place & easy to take off after 15 days.It is VERY STICKY, I use gloves when applying it.

As a diabetic who is reliant on a continuous glucose monitor and an insulin pump, these are a holy grail product. I go through boxes and boxes of these wipes. Essentially, you wipe them on your arm, stomach, etc. and it makes the skin tacky, which helps the adhesive on the monitors and pump adhere to your skin. Used to be the edges of my Dexcom sensor would peel up around the plastic and look really terrible and dirty - these wipes help keep the patch down and not peeling. I also am allergic to the adhesive on my sensor and pump mount, and this helps mitigate the rash and itch that they usually give me. It provides a barrier of sorts. I honestly love these and think they are an essential item for diabetics.

If you have had issues with continuous glucose monitoring sensors (Freestyle Libre 3+, etc.) not sticking strongly enough, these wipes do a nice job of helping the sensors stay where they've been placed. If you go nuts swabbing the area where you're going to attach your sensor, and swab an extra-large area, be aware that you may pick up lint over the excessively large swabbed area. Not clear if these wipes sanitize the area, so I use a normal alcohol wipe, let it dry, then hit it with the Skin Tac adhesive wipe. Really helped with my sensors.
