What are the ingredients?

I couldn't read the ingredients list as it was covered up by a non removable label. There was too much salt. Over 900 mg sodium per packet.

How much sodium in one cup

It has 960mg in one cup. If you are concerned about the sodium, Kitchen Accomplice Reduced Sodium has 440mg.

It says that it doesn't have msg, but "yeast extract" is basically msg isn't it?

Hi Justin, Yes, MSG occurs naturally in yeast extract, however, the "No MSG" claim was removed from the packaging in 2012.
