It works but close ups are grainy

I did manage to connect to the inskam-**** through wifi and had the Android app installed. From my point of view, I never got it to work. It would freeze up while I was recording something and would exit to the main page and the video would come back again. It will keep doing that and there is no way I can examine a section or a hole, let alone record it. It was very frustrating to work with it and gave up on it. I wish I had tested it more aggressively at the beginning and just returned it. I even increased the quality of the app and did not see any noticeable differences. I would have given it 1 star if I wasn't even able to connect to it and see something for a few seconds. Avoid and buy a higher-quality one that has a built-in screen.

Ok so the app ruins the usefulness of this tool as it disconnects if even a few feet away, also the cable has 0 rigidity so pushing it through a drain or anything that isn't perfectly straight is pretty similar to pushing something dangling on a wire, impossible to push through anything.

Product does exactly what it say it will. Clear picture into very small spaces with an adjustable light. The cable the camera is attached to is very flimsy which makes it virtually impossible to push into those tight spaces, nor can you expect it to hold the camera at any kind of an angle to direct the cameras view. Attached it to a section of romex copper wire and solved both problems, so the issue isn't insurmountable.

At first I was impressed with the quality of the video. The phone app worked well once I figured it out. The problem is the size of the camera end. I needed to inspect cylinders in a marine outboard to look for cracks, scoring or other damage. The camera end is long and once inside the cylinder I could not view more than one inch of a single edge. No matter how I tried I could not get the camera to angle in a way to view the rest of the piston. It's a good camera, but not for this purpose. It proved useless for my need. I think if there had been a way to zoom out it might have worked but I sure couldn't find a way to do that

Works good, could use orientation/direction and a stronger wire. Touch to see around a corner with soft wire.It does work well tho.

I was mistaken on my previous rating of 1 star.. I apologize to the seller. Wish there was some way to get rid of the 1 star rating I left earlier.
