If you already have the Deltech Fitness adjustable bench you owe it to yourself to add this to it (assuming you do not have a dedicated preacher curl station already). Quick delivery with no damage to the box or the nicely wrapped parts that were secured in individually wrapped bubble wrap. Heavy duty for sure. Easy to remove and reinsert into my Deltech Fitness adjustable bench. This might also fit other brands of benches that are designed for parts to be added to as well. Do to my limited space I will not be using the optional arm for resting a curl bar onto this preacher curl pad and instead I will use my pair of squat stands when needed. The padding is firm and should last a very long time. At this low price (I paid $109) and it included free shipping you need to buy this for your home gym.

This preacher curl attachment is well made for the most part. The pad is firm and wide enough for almost anyone. I use it on a Marcy Pro bench. It fits OK but there is some side to side movement when in use. I'm 5'-8" and the height is fine for me with a little extra still available. This might not go high enough for someone taller than 6 feet. The cradle that holds the barbell is just a little too far away from the pad and the distance is not adjustable. Raising the bar up puts it too close to the barbell when you lower the weight. Overall I'm still happy with the purchase and recommend it as an inexpensive way to add preachers to your workouts.

I have limited area in my weight room, I didn't want to add another "bench" to my small room, even my chest bench folds up to create more floor space (Welder Pro 350L bench). I took a chance that I could add this preacher attachment to my chest/leg bench, I popped of the cap off the vertical post for the leg support & pulled out the leg pegs and the preacher square post slips right in. It's a slightly loose fit but it's great I didn't have to purchase a whole separate bench just for preacher curls. I plan on using a thin plastic "shim" epoxied into the vertical support post in my chest bench to take up the small amount of play. The vertical support post for the preacher measures exactly 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" outside dimensions. My biceps are SORE!!! Best exercise hack I've done ✔EDIT- I cut thin plastic strips about 1-1/2" wide and six inches long & epoxied them in on two sides (not across but front and side) and it fits perfect, snug, no wobble. The plastic strips are the thickness of milk jug container plastic maybe 1/32". Also the metal parts are paint not powder coated but it is well painted. The EZ bar arm support bracket is metal and I didn't want it scratching up my EX bar so I picked up some thick felt peal-n-stick pads to stick on it, the EZ bar now doesn't clunk onto the bracket when I'm done, it now protects the chrome finish on my bar. All my extra work probably sounds like a lot but the plastic was free, I already have epoxy, felt pads were two bucks and it only took 15 min to make it perfect.

Just received my DF105 Preacher Curl Attachment from Deltech Fitness.Heavy-duty, well-engineered equipment. It interfaced perfect with my ParaBody adjustable bench.Like it was made for it! They padded the bar holder with industrial plastic, so, there's no clanging orscratching your favorite curl-bar. Very classy! The bar holder is a bit long, but it fits tall folks like meperfect. I would highly recommend this item.

This is a sturdy preacher bench that is made incredibly well. However I didn't use the barbell extension in that I mainly use dumbbells!! and didn't want to reach due to having my upper bicep tendon removed.Great product hands down and the cost is well worth it!!

Design poorly the barbell rack is too far out the arm brace is not long enough horrible design returning it

Did not fit my curl attachment snugly. Not a true 2" attachment and will sag a lot on a 2" attachment.
