Good watch
Great watch! The Seiko 5 Sports feels solid and stylish, perfect for daily wear. The automatic movement is reliable, the LumiBrite shines bright at night, and the rotating bezel adds a sporty touch. Water resistance works great in the pool. Feels high-quality for the price—definitely a great value.

Classic look without smartwatch nonsense
Really happy with this Seiko 5 Sports. It has a clean, solid look that works just as well dressed up as it does with everyday clothes, and the automatic movement gives it more character than a basic quartz watch. It feels substantial on the wrist without being ridiculous, and the black dial with the steel bracelet is easy to match with almost anything. For the price, it feels like a watch I can wear for years instead of something disposable.

Great for the price
I found the instruction manual for this watch - Seiko SRPD55 - on the Seiko web site. I looked around all over the web to compare prices for this model watch. This was the best price that I found so I bought it here. When I received the watch, I tried to screw the watch stem into the watch (as the instructions I downloaded stated - a feature to improve the water proofing)... The stem on this watch does not screw in. I took the watch to a local jewelry sore to have the watchband resized - something that apparently you can do yourself if you have the skills and the tools - which I do not have. The guy at the jewelry store told me that Seiko has watches with the same model number but with different features and this watch does not have the screw in stem. This watch apparently has o-rings around the stem to keep the water out and over time, the o-rings can dry out. He told me that if I was going to be doing deep water diving, that's where the screw in stem feature would be useful to keep water out. Not a big deal to me but it explains why this watch was less expensive than what I saw on other sites. I am satisfied with what I got.

I purchased this watch for my husband years ago. He still have it. He don’t wear it as often, but when we got it early on, he found it to be just what he was looking for.

Great automatic watch
Great automatic watch especially for the price. It fits my smaller size wrist after having the band adjusted I took it to a local jeweler and they did this for $10. I particularly like the date and day feature and the way the Beazell rotates. Reasonably accurate in this price point.
