EPOXY MIX NOZL 2PJ

Although expensive this nozzle allows the epoxy to mix and you can put it in a precise location and not make a mess. I'll definitely be buying more of these but unfortunately they're one time use! once the epoxy goes in and gets mixed after the set time of the eproxy which could be 5 minutes to 6 hours then it will get hard and then not reusable. Important to note that this mixing static mixer works on all JB syringes, also recognize that different epoxies have different work times one of the ones I've used has 6 hours of work time ( grey ) so in other words the epoxy will stay soft and uncured for a total of 6 hours before the nozzle/ static mixer gets hard and is non-usable, While others only give you about 5 minutes probably only 4 minutes. For the 6-hour epoxy you can use one mixer with several syringes within the 6-hour period is what I'm trying to say that's what I was doing I had many areas to put the epoxy so I could use one static mixer and multiple syringes.

Received one pack of 2 although the product clearly shows 2 - 2 packs and price is broken down that way.

This worked as well as described. My first time using this and really liked it, compared with mixing in a tray. Only minor downside is that whatever is left in the nozzle you will lose when your job is done.

You might look at these and wonder what advantage they have over a stick and a paper plate...1. Speed: when you have to mix up a bunch of adhesive to install a large part, you can't waste a moment of time2. Consistency: All the adhesive will be mixed in the same amount and the same way3. Reduced waste: Adhesive goes out of the nozzle and onto the work piece, not on a plate and a stick and your hands etc...Would I use these for making a small repair or bonding one little thing? Probably not, but when you have to do a lot in a short amount of time, they pay for themselves in terms of speed and cleanliness. But for a large critical assembly, where you have one shot to get it right, they are essential.

These are STUPID, so large that almost half your adhesive stays in the mixer tube and is wasted. returned them, bad design and made to rip you off. very disappointed

I Needed Extra (ones) of These, While Epoxying my Broken Headlight Mounting Brackets (since these are ONETIME USE). So I Purchased Extra (ones) of These, too Later-on Use the Rest of the Epoxy Remaining in the Dispenser...

I bought this so you don't have to. If you're looking for extra nozzles for the 14mL syringes, these aren't compatible. These are only for the 25mL syringes.
