Chose the RT82 as its the first one in the range you can upgrade to RT 85 spec in stages. The unit is really beautiful and very easy to assemble wearing the supplied white gloves which do not mark the deck. Once assembled it is very easy to use ( be aware the cue arm lever allows a very slow descent of the arm which may throw you at first) the sound is very noise free and provides a warm sound through my vintage amp which os what i was aiming since changed the monitor audio silver rs1 for DALI Oberon 3 and its sounding even better. I am glad i went for this turntable.

I’m pretty satisfied with this turntable, it’s arrived very fast and it was perfectly packed, ease to set up and sounds amazing. The product design is really good and it looks very robust, some little things could be improved like the tonearm rest clip that seems a bit fragile and the cape of the motor could have been better designed to fits firmly with no gaps, but any of those affect the sound quality. I’ll definitely recommend the Fluance RT82 turntable.

I needed a reasonable record decks as my current one skipped loads, couldn't be adjusted and caused a hum in one speaker. Researched and decided on the Fluance. Set up easy and I have never received a product so carefully packed by a manufacturer, almost a work of art! Wow, what a difference. Really detailed, but still musical and fantastic bass reproduction. First tried it today and haven't stopped playing records. Running through a Cambridge axr 100 receiver using the receiver's built in phono stage. Pretty darned great! Everyone has their own sweet zone when it comes to sound, and this player hits mine. Do your research, but seriously consider adding this to your list.

This is a superb turntable, after some deliberation I decided to upgrade my Fluance RT 80, and after comparing other decks from other HI FI companies decided on the RT82 based on current reviews, this is a solid and outstanding piece of kit for the price, bass, mid range and treble are spot on, and the channel separation is excellent with the Ortofon OM10 cartridge,the finish of the deck is 1st class, everything is finished to a very high standard and sounds great. I also purchased the isolation plinth to compliment it, again it was finished to the high standards Fluance is renowned for, if you are looking for a great turntable at a great price, look no further, you will not be disappointed, 5 Stars.

Fantastic turntable. The sound is just so good. Very easy to assemble, instructions are clear and precise. I’ve been playing it almost nonstop since it arrived, going through all my old vinyl collection. So many happy memories are flooding back from my youth. I highly recommend this turntable. It is great value.

No bells, no whistles just an absolutely beautiful looking & sounding turntable! I paired mine with the Fluance IB40 isolation base + acrylic platter & it all works very very well, highly recommend!! 🎶 ~Hifi_Phill

Simply the best! I am so happy with this turntable I have got Fluance RT82 in walnut colour. It sounds far superior than my previous turntable. The sound is so clear and detailed! In love!
