iOgrapher Case for iPhone 5/5S Black

I bought this to use for capturing video during club and high school volleyball matches. I liked the fact that this came with a wide-angle lens, which meant that the video could capture all of the court, and very often the scoreboard as well. However, I was very unhappy that mount lasted less than a year. Over the course of less than one season of club and a subsequent season of high school, the bottom of the mount cracked and the 1/4" tripod mount became looser and looser over time. Finally reaching the point, where I was hoping that the mount would just survive to the end of the season. Note that 1/4" brass fitting on the iOgrapher was secured to the tripod quick release plate, but the fitting was coming loose in the mount because of the cracks that formed around the base. I was unable to get brass fitting back into the mount. Won't be purchasing this part again. I will miss the 37 mm lens.I would not recommend use of this mount for sport related uses.

Overpriced for what it is but it does a decent job of being an all in one iphone camera set up. My phone snaps in and is pretty difficult to get out (it feel like I'm going to break the iographer everytime) The phone is held in by little pieces of plastic that feel like they could break as well. I do like the ability to attach a wide angle lens/other lenses and a microphone on top. Great if your a film maker on a budget but this piece of plastic should be cheaper

Not easy to get your iphone inserted! Total hard plastic, no cushion at all. Once I got my phone in and it was a struggle! I hope my phone won't fall out?Other than that, I think this thing is gonna be great, Utube here I come!

Fantastic piece of equipment. Will be used often mounted to camera/mic stand as well as a mobile handheld accessory. only one problem...once in there, it's tough to get out. Even with that small niggling bit of trouble this product is totally worth it.

The iOgrapher case is perfect for anyone wanting to make great videos with an iPhone 5S or iPhone SE. Gives you something to hold onto or mount to a tripod or even better a monopod. I wish people posting to Facebook, Instagram, Periscope, YouTube, etc would use an iOgrapher and stop the herky-jerky movement that makes me seasick! On the expensive side, but worth every penny.

Stable way to shoot video with your iPhone. Even better for the larger screens found on iPad Mini and iPhone 7+

Really makes shooting with my phone very easy and modular. Though I do wish I didn't have to take my phone out of its case to use it. even if it was their case. would make workflow better.

a lil too hard to put phone in it but at least it didn't drop the phone

Not used yet.Seems expensive for a bit of plastic.
