Not as good as the hard to obtain 1600mg non timed release, tho practitioner assures me it’s only a label thing Personally I find this a little aggravating. Theres a slightly less so alternative from earths bounty

They are gentle but once they work through your system initially - they are suddenly active for the purpose and if taken at night and allow a couple of hours as of waking & initial result - stay close to a location with a rest room or bathroom. I have been buying this for quite a while direct from the manufacturer. It’s a good product. However since I bought this here something seems to have changed and my partner agrees. The effectiveness seems different and recently it gave me intense stomach cramps. I can’t be totally sure but I’m not totally convinced this product from this seller is completely genuine. I have a strong hunch this could be counterfeit.

I like that these cleanse your colon without being too harsh like laxatives. I only take one capsule before bed as that's all I need to gently cleanse and I'm not a fan of bathroom explosions! They a bit on the expensive side but I suppose you get what you pay for

We used these for a 7 day colon cleansing. Having carried out my own research, we decided not to start off with 4 tablets a day as recommended, but just two on the first day. On day two, we increased the dose to three tablets a day and this worked for us. The results were great and there was no discomfort. Very pleased with this purchase.
