Good product but expensive

So I was going all around town trying to figure out what was wrong with me.The consensus was eventually heat rash, but there were a lot of possible diagnosis at the clinic I went to, so I didn't know what strategy to take.I booked an appointment with the dermatologist I see - he decided it is indeed a heat rash and suggested an affordable way of treating was incorporating vitamin e into some kind of moisturizing situation and also exposing said areas to sun.Unfortunately, most of those areas were areas you don't normally expose outside of your bathroom unless you want to be arrested for indecent exposure.I had this heat rash from my neck to my butt.Also he said basically I have to ride out this rashIe - it'll be over when it decides to be over.But since it seems like where I was with this rash - it seemed mostly done(?)I think I had this delivered while on the trip. So I needed a not huge bottle bc I didn't want to be hassled by tsa later.I currently mix this with castor oil.During the trip I mixed it with cerave baby moisturizing lotion (the one with the national eczema association stamp).I don't have too many shadows - the ones left are very faint. I used this in addition to an ointment that was prescribed by a different dermatologist (who was referred by the cardiologist who I was referred to from the clinic - bc they were concerned with my heart rate) to help with pain as well as scarring.So yea I like this vitamin e.Man, that cardiologist and his dermatologist daughter are the coolest.
