These are soooooo much better than the Frida baby clippers! They are actually tiny enough for baby nails and they are super easy to maneuver without being worried I’ll hurt my baby.

Recently ordered a second pair of these exact clippers and my son has to travel out of state for surgery for a few weeks and my other children will be staying at home so we came into a situation where we needed two sets of clippers so that kids in two different locations could continue to have their nails cut. These are so easy to use and they cut wonderfully. When needing a second pair I searched for the exact pair that I had purchased more than 5 years previously because I know how well that same pair continues to work to this day. I wouldn’t have any other pair. Even before these two pairs we had the exact same clippers before then that lasted for year before we lost them. So safety first clippers have been my go to for all of my children and my oldest is now over 13, and it’s the clippers I have been using since then. They last and provide a strong and accurate cut for years to come.

When I was pregnant, I was looking for nail cutters for my newborn and came across this product with a positive review. I will always remember that review because it made me buy this exact one. He said that after 5 years it finally broke and I was sold. Guess what? Exactly 5 years later, it broke just like the review said. Lol. And so this will be my second purchase after all these years and it’s worth it. I cut my child’s nails every 2 weeks. The blue part disintegrated and it made it hard for me to hold it so I had no choice but to dispose it. The nail cutter itself is still working and intact but there’s really no way to take off the blue part. I will update again hopefully when my child turns 10!

I couldn't be happier with the Safety 1st Steady Clip!Just got mine in over the weekend, and I happened to have my roommate's 2 year old nephew over. These clippers worked great - they seem to be sharp enough to make it through the nail effortlessly, and the little guy didn't even notice his mom clipping his nails! The grip is super comfortable, even for a guy with bigger hands, like me!I'm actually planning to keep the clippers for myself, as after trying them on my own 30 year old nails they worked great, and feel great to use.The grip is lined with a smooth, firm rubber that rests comfortably in the hand, the construction quality is satisfying, and the lever tucks perfectly into the body of the clippers, making them easy to store! The whole piece is pretty lightweight, which makes them nice for traveling, and the form factor is relatively compact, so they do tuck away easily. I also really like that, since they are smaller clippers, I can get a rounder, more even clip. Sharp and does a fine job! I was planning to rebuy once it breaks, but I’ve had this for 5 years and still counting. Highly recommend

This is not as good as the one in the pack/bag. It’s dull and much more difficult to use than the other one inside the bag of basics. I bought in thoughts of it being exactly as good as that one but this one disappointed me. It still does the job but you have to redo clipping on some nails.
