Kent support team is useless
I would have given a negative or Zero rating because of Kent service team, this people do not commit on their promises, I am still waiting for installation. They will keep giving excusess but they will not resolve the issue. This company should focus on customer service rather than spending too much of money on advertisement.

Product tank water, capacity ,quality poor
Very poor quality, tap is too up side so under level water in the tank stay in that so many days it is dangerous, tank not as described storage capacity, useless product, so buy as lg new model it's tank upper side ... Not worth Kent RO

Hope we will get better support and service
I bought this product on March 4 2021. Thid Product quality and the installation was good. There was a little delay in terms installation and no one has contacted instead I called Kent customer service to get an appointment.
