The height and the sturdiness is fine. However
The height and the sturdiness is fine. However, the cave is not quite big enough for a full grown cat. My cat will go in it, when I put her in it only. She comes right back out. :( Otherwise she likes playing on it.

Tip Hazard
Not what I expected. Not to stable of a platform for a 53" stand. I have it reinforced with a larger peice of plywood.

This is a fabulous deal!
I've seen some reviews saying it's not for bigger cats, and unless they have huge boned 20 lb cats- they are wrong! This is an absolute great deal! I have 4 cats, 2 tiny kittens and 2 adults ( one of which is a pretty big girl). All of them love it. While it is true that the hanging ball doesn't last, it is still a better product for less cash than many other cat trees. The only negative thing about the product was that I had to poke holes in the fabric where the screws go, and that is not a big deal. I would recommend this to anyone with cats or ferrets. It's sturdy enough for big fur babies, easy to put together and easy on your wallet. What else do you need?

My Finnicky Cats LOVE this!
I LOVE this cat tree, and more importantly, my cats love this cat tree. It is very heavy, as I expected it to be given it's size; this thing is HUGE. It's specifically built to go in the corner and that helps stabilize it (not that it needs much stabilization). My 2, 14 lb, cats climb all over it and it barely moves. It was a little tough to put together as the pieces are not labelled and the picture is marked with measurements that are a little off, but being experienced with putting children's furniture together I was able to figure it out.The only reason I am giving a 4 star rather than a 5 star review is because the hardware that came with it had a hole in the bag which let all the hardware just kinda float around the box. I ended up having to purchase a few pieces of all thread (10m x 1.50 in case you need to know) from the hardware store to finish putting it together; but I'm not sure if the missing pieces were because of the hole in the bag or because my little ones (1 & 3 years) were trying to help me put it together by handing me the hardware......All in all, I'd purchase this cat tree again in a heartbeat!

because it's a nice cat tree
it is not blue. I ordered a navy blue one, and it came in beige. We kept it, because it's a nice cat tree, but it's the wrong color.

Unstable! Not for big cats!
The tree tips very easily....my cat weighs about 25 lbs and when he jumped on it it fell over. Do not like the fact that it is not tiered. I reconfigured mine to accomodate my fat cat and kept it because it was cheaper than shipping it back.

No regrets here...
It was easy to put together... only thing I needed was a tape measure to see which posts went where. It did have a diagram with it, but the posts weren't labeled (by cms). Not a big deal. It's a lot sturdier than I imagined...but putting it in a corner does help some.My cats love it... one more so than the other. He like laying in the "pie" and I was able to get them to both start climbing it with treats. So every now and then I put more up there...but they def do go in it by themselves after about two weeks. Better quality than I imagined for $86 (including shipping)
