Steam Release Handle Steam Valve for Insta-Pot

I lost my valve that came with my instant pot, ordered this one and it works perfectly well. You can’t tell I ordered it separately. Happy with my purchase.

I had accidentally forgotten that my original IP pressure release valve had fallen in my dishwasher so it got melted. This one fit for the most part but does have an issue with seeping pressure over the whole cooking time. I thought that it was due to an aftermarket dragon steam diverted but nope, it still seeps. I can’t complain being that it’s a good price...but be forewarned that it’s not perfect and seals like the original valve, even though it’s described as “original”.

Es prácticamente igual a la válvula original de la instant pot de 8 qts. Solo viene en un acabado brilloso. Funciona bien para mantener y liberar la presión.

I can finally use my Instant Pot again after the original steam release handle vanished. My mischievous Bengal cat may be responsible for its disappearance, along with several other kitchen gadgets, so I’m keeping this essential replacement well hidden.
