Will this work on a chrome flat top?

I would guess so, I use mine on an iron flat top.

Is there a cover for this?

This griddle and grill scraper comes new with a light plastic cover, nothing more than that, but it is sufficient.

Are there replacement blades available to purchase?

Yes they are, the product code is 90003HD, contact The FryOilSaver Company.

Where is this product made?

I bought this to donate to a charity, so I can't look at it. It appeared to be well made and suitable to clean a griddle.
