Only lasts 5 years or less
I'm a pro electrician and this product failed after 6 years, an embarrassment of customer service for my small business caused by this manufacturer. A capacitor fried inside (liquid oozed) and the cover came apart upon replacing it - again. Either this product is faulty or this tech of compact ballasts is faulty by design. LED and/or low-voltage tech will phase these things out eventually.

Exact replacement
It was an exact replacement for a fluorescent sconce that is about 15 years old in our powder room.

Did not refund my purchase
There was nothing wrong with the item. It just simply did not work for what needed it for. I returned the item and was initially given a return. To only have them re charge me bc they claim I returned the wrong item. This is NOT THE CASE. This item was returned in a different box that it originally came it. That is simply it !!!!'
