I love having an extra set of pump parts. Makes it so I can always have a clean set on hand since I have 2. I actually like these flanges better than the medela ones that come with the symphony unit.

I love that they have various sizes of flanges and support many pump brands. A volunteer from the Facebook Group called Exclusively Pumping Mamas - Education & Support helped me identify the right flange size. I was using standard flange size that came along with Medela and I suffered with both low supply and frequent engorgement because of this. Maymom saved me from ruining my milk supply and really helped me increase my supply that today I pump only 5 times a day and produce close to 35-40 oz

These are very easy to clean. Great suction/fit. Also comes with a small brush to get those hard to reach places.

Was exactly as advertised

The function has a flaw that did not allow suction to push through milk to the bottle and resulted in milk not falling down and instead sucking into pump machine, a very costly defect with no option to return for a refund!

Fits well with Medela PISA. Does have longer flange tubes than other flanges, but no issues.
