Can this be used for scoring cards at different angles, not envelopes?

Yes, I use the center line to mark different angels all the time. I used a fine sharpie and highlighted the center line to make it easier to follow. Just experiment with different directions to come up with the idea you have in mind.

Can It make envelopes to fit A2 cards?

Honestly, I love the Scor-pal for any kind of scoring except for envelopes. I use an Envelope punch board by We R memory keepers for envelopes. It will make any size envelope and is much easier to use! Back to your question I do believe the scor envi will make an envelope for A2 cards (I have not made one but is says it does)

Can this be used with We R Memory scoreboard

I don't know, but I just looked at the We R Memory board and they too have an envelope corner thingy. the difference I see is that the Scor-Pal envelope measurer is set on the right hand side of the Scor-Pal, and the We R Memory envelope measurer is set on the left hand side of the scoreboard. I've never used the We R Memory board, so I'm just offering an opinion. Good luck!

As of 2022, has the company corrected the numbers listed to make different sizes of envelopes which many found incorrect?

I just bought this product in January 2023 and the "correction" is still being made by a sticker applied to the front of the packaging. The product itself still lists the incorrect measurement.
