what is the defrance between this one and the colonial blade

The Colonial Blade is one of the "decorative" blades, it does a repeating design when it cuts. This one is a straight blade that just cuts a straight line.

I have the 12"/a4 trimmer and different blades. somehow i have lost the lens that holds the blade in place. any way to buy just that piece?
