Perfect overbox for my 40B Reef Tank
I got this overflow box for my 40B reef tank after getting some bad feedback about the EShopps Eclipse overflow boxes. The problem with the Eclipse is that the back of the box mounts too low so it's hard to eliminate noise. I had to drill a bit higher for this since I have a rimmed tank, but it wasn't too big of an adjustment. I have the older model, not the one pictured here. The designed has been improved since as the lid now sits flush to the box. With my gate value on my drain it was easy to adjust the water box in the box to make it completely silent. I love this box and the price is great compared to similar offerings. Fiji is a great company located in Minnesota. They make a lot of equipment for local fish stores in that area. I'm happy they are on Amazon now selling. You really should give them a try :).

For Rimmed Tank Owners!!!
You will need an extra gasket for rimmed tanks and will more than likely need to file down the intake baffles if you want the water level above the top rim. Wish I knew that before, so I'm sharing it here. I installed on a 60 gallon breeder. Took the adjustments mentioned, but it works great as intended. Used the Mill to take off roughly 1/3 of an inch and it sits flush against the top trim, and I cannot put the cover on the intake.3 star because this was defintely an oversight by Fiji or something they could communicate more in the listing.

Buy your own bulkheads and get an extra gasket if your tank is rimmed
Cheap bulkheads. Would be 5 stars if they would put some quality bulkheads in the pack. Also if you have a rimmed tank you will need to order an extra gasket. Found out the hard way and had to wait another 10 days for a 2$ gasket to ship that they should have included in the box.
