Q: What would you need to hook this to a kitchen faucet?

There are faucet adapters that can be purchased to use with this item. However, it will only work with the older style screw on faucet, not the newer faucets that also work as sprayers.

Q: Is it possible to easily wash between the coils with a sponge?

I use a stiff Libman brush. Gets right in there and cleans it up. Of course, the sooner you wash it after use, the easier it is to clean it up. If you do it soon, within 30-45 minutes, the shower head will wash away 90% of the stuff you want to get rid of (I wash all my brewing stuff in the tub/shower, since I don't have a commercial kitchen setup handy). After the shower head, the brush cleans it up in no time. Again, the key is to not let it sit for long after you get your wort cooled down.

Q: Do you happen to have 1" copper coil in 50 feet or is that something you could custom make?

I have the stainless steel which would be much harder to work with. Lots of people do buy their own copper coil and fashion their own wort chillers. There is a plethora of info available online on how to do this!

Q: What are the outside diameter and height of the coil assembly? I need to know what size container I can fit the coil into.

The coil diameter is just over 9 inches, the height of the coils is about 4 inches. The bend at the top is at 16 inches.
