Huge and warm, with details that beat out the competition
It's always a bummer to isolate yourself into a tiny mummy bag to stay warm when camping. With several longer camping trips planned this year, I decided to put in the research and find the best double sleeping bag out there. This bag shares similarities with the top competitors, but edges them out in several areas. First, it's incredibly spacious while managing to stay warmer than the competition. Out of the handful of double bags I tried, this was the only one where my wife and I felt totally comfortable stargazing on the hammock as temps dipped to the low 30s. In a tent and with a good air mattress underneath the bag, I don't doubt it would be comfortable into the 20s.The layer system used in this bag is so much better than the competition. An upper and lower sheet means less wear and tear on the bag, fewer washes, and greater longevity. The design flaw that turned me away from the Kelty double bag is that the inner quilt is split in the middle, and consistently falls off during the night unless you hug the edges of the bag, totally defeating the purpose of a double sleeping bag! The inner-quilt of the SylvanSport bag crosses the entire bag like a blanket should. It's held in place by snaps on the sides of the bag, and with the temp difference in how I sleep and my wife sleeps, we love the flexibility of unsnapping it from my side and folding it over to double it up on her side. It's also easily removable and used as a blanket around the campfire on our zero-gravity chairs.Every detail of the bag is done right. The zippers don't snag, and the endless adjustments make it easy to find a personal comfort level for both of us despite it being a shared bag. It's more expensive than some, less expensive than others, but the investment in the right piece of equipment that gets us outdoors more often has been so worth it for us.

You get what you pay for!
Although I did not get the opportunity to open the package and examine the product. But information I have received gives it very high credits. If I could afford it I would keep it just because of the Excellence of the product. Sadly, my needs have changed and it will no longer serve its purpose. Make no mistake, it is an excellent, excellent sleeping bag.

Great Bag!
Excellent bag, especially for the price. Very room with a well thought out design, the layers and ventilation allow you to really be able to regulate temperature as needed. It packs up quite nicely as well. Would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market.

Looks can be deceiving... Disappointed, big time.
[EDIT] Look, just don't buy it. I've replaced both the blanket and the sheet that this thing comes with. The sheet is worthless, the blanket is simply a blanket and shell of this thing is drafty. The zippers let so much cold air in that I was shivering at 59 degrees. My feet hurt so bad that night because they were cold. I shouldn't have gotten that cold in late summer with a sleeping bag that is this expensive.Oh, mine also didn't have a pillowcase with it, so... Don't let the picture fool you with that either. This thing just sucks. Highly Don't recommend.Moving on.I'm not a big fella by any means, I'm 5'7" & 136lbs. Not even a pop belly, but the sheet this thing comes with is restricting and pathetic. It reminds me of a public washroom's paper towels; it's flimsy and rough. I bought a softer moisture wicking liner, plus a fleece sleeping bag liner; which helped made things better. Meaning, I had to spend an additional $80 to make this thing functional. It's a massive waste of money - do not buy it.[Original Review below]Alright... Mine was stolen off my porch, but thanks to local police and our security service, a majority of my items were returned. So, while mine wasn't returned to me in brand new condition- it's still possibly useful or so I thought. I sent it to the dry cleaners to get it cleaned. Kid stored it outdoors for a couple days. This sleeping bag is massive, very warm and pretty versatile. It's far from a backpacking sleeping bag, folks, keep that in mind, hikers that may be eyeballing this for cold hikes. It's every bit of 8lbs if not more and massive. This sleeping bag is probably meant more for car camping, glamping, vacationing or if you have company staying the night. The sheet is nothing to write home about, but it's a nice cheap thought. Feels like a nice cheap thought and if you sweat - you'll be soaked and freezing if you're not careful because we know cotton retains moisture. And as far as the pillow goes, there is no pillow. Don't let the pictures fool you.For this price range - make sure this bag is the right fit for your needs before you take the plunge. This thing gets hot, it's massive, it's heavy and it's not fitting into anyone's backpack or on your backpack.Great bag, great potential. I missed the mark with choosing this one, so, it'll be donated to someone who needs it.Thanks, Bezos.

Amazing Outdoor Sleep System
I purchased this double bag and the associated pad a few weeks ago. My family loves to go on camping trips but after accumulating a few herniated disks over the years, my husband has a difficult time sleeping when not in his bed. Now that we have had the opportunity to try it out, this sleep system is the most comfortable outdoor set-up we have ever come across. The padding allows for side-sleeping, a luxury most traditional bag/pad arrangements don't provide. My husband also likes to sleep a little bit cooler and the zipper system allowed for different temperatures without changing the fact that it is a double bag.Though the entire sleep system is not light enough to take it on a long back-country hike, for those looking to experience the outdoors in a way that comfortable and want to have experiences in nature without having to suffer...I can't imagine a product better than this one.

There are better bags out there for half the price.
I got tangled up in the liner and blanket so I removed them. The sleeping bag was warm enough without them. I was disappointed that the liner didn’t wrap around me; instead it was vertical leaving a big gap on both my sides. The blanket is about 30” wide x 60” long.Makes a nice shoulder wrap for hanging out by the fire. (I like my zippered fleece bag liner better). Having a cotton liner and puffy blanket for the sleeping bag was a good idea… it was just poorly executed.
