DONT GO FOR IT . BUY branded better quality mats
Very bad quality.No grip , the mat slips continuosly and you cannot do even simple low intensity movements. I am very unhappy with this product. The foam is cheap quality and makes a lot of noise. Overall a very bad quality product .

Got it few days back little early and starting using it. It has good cushioning which was my primary requirement. It is little bit shorter(5.5ft). I am yet to explore full use of it. Initially it looks good.
