Yes. It is awesome if you like fun games requiring little to no skill!

This game is $7 the same company is selling the same game for $37 and only difference I see is a storage bag included. Is one better than the other?

If you can buy it for $7.00, you should do so. I can't afford to sell it for that amount, I would loose money.

Do the gooey boogers dry up, get dirty or need replacing?

They can get a little fuzzy if you live them on the carpet. But a quick rinse and they're fine. And no they don't need replacing.
