Is the paper smooth or textured?

This is a smooth paper. If it had texture it would’ve been an even better envelope. It is thick but it’s missing the luxury factor even with the gold trimmings

Hi, i placed an order july 4th and i still have not received it. when can i expect my order? i need to send out invites by the 20th this month.

Did you trace the order on line? Contact the manufacturer directly. I find they will resend a "lost" order at no cost. Contact the last delivery service UPS, USPS, etc. if it was passed on by Amazon to make the final delivery. I've experienced that there are certain dead end offices. Good luck!

Is it possible to get a color not listed? We want a darker purple than lavender with the silver trim.
