These are good NO2 cartridges
The fill is the same on every cartridge, and they will certainly "wow, wow" you! I like to load 2, one after the other, and then I can get 2 big uses back to back. Best whipped cream cartridge I've found so far

Consistent quality gas for whipped cream
In the past we had a brand of gas cartridges that seemed inconsistent, sometimes not making a full batch of whipped cream, but we've never had any problem with the Isi brand of N2O cartridges. We find that using the N20 and the dispenser that we get twice as much whipped cream compared to using the electric mixer and mixing it in a bowl, and when you look at the price of heavy whipping cream in the carton in the dairy case, you find that you can cut the cost per serving of whipped cream even including the original cost of the dispenser and the continuing cost of the N2O cartridges. And it's really convenient to have a dispenser in the refrigerator ready to go in case you have a whipped cream "emergency".
