Interesting and lovely deck
I have had this deck for about a year now. I have used it several times for personal and professional use. This deck is not for beginners and is more of an intuitive read than a strict "by the book RWS based" deck. The deck shuffles like a dream no matter which way you do it. The square size and flexible cardstock make it easy for people with small hands to use. The listing stated that this does not come in a box or a bag or with a book, so I'm not sure why so many were upset about that in their reviews. I have had no issues with the cards fraying splitting or otherwise and I riffle shuffle it all the time. It was honestly one of my most popular posts on my instahram when I did a month long exploration of the deck on there. There are 2 things that come to mind that aren't issues, but more of a personal preference. The 10 of Pentacles/Earth is not labeled in any way and the backs are just hideous. Orange is my least favorite color so the backs aren't something I would have picked. Otherwise the concept behind this deck is phenomenal and unique. I am from the Midwest and having something created semi locally gives it a lovely feeling.

Creative, Inspiring, Unifying
The deck includes rich symbolism and vibrancy in its imagery that can inspire any reader to be drawn to it. The only thing it lacked for me was a booklet to describe how each artist conceptualized the images they chose. Nonetheless, there is enough to draw symbolic meaning from each card.

I love this deck
This is such a fun deck to use for readings. I find that it really calls out to my intuition and is a great deck to read intuitively. Most of the cards follow traditional symbolism but there are a few that are a bit different. The card stock is just amazing. It's one of those stocks that you really need to feel to know what it's like. It's a matte finish, but almost feels slightly textured. The deck is more square-sized, but I find that it shuffles quite nicely. Would recommend this deck to someone who wants a more fun, intuitive read than the average rider-waite-smith.

Nice Product for the price
This was listed as $15. For 60+ artists work, great value. I collect Tarot cards for the art & general/light use for readings. A few cards don't have the numbers; and at least one has the wrong number. But I added my own (corrected) numbers to the cards that had them missing so if I decide to use them for readings, it will be easier for me.Since these are not fulfilled by Amazon - I did have some shipping issues - don't want to blame the seller, because as soon as things are in the USPS - who knows where they get lost. The first deck didn't arrive & was "lost in transit" - Amazon gave me a replacement deck at no additional cost - and believe they paid for the seller's cost to reship - express - so it arrived when promised.I love this unconventional size. They are easy to shuffle, and fun to look at. They follow RWS with some artists diverting to their own interpretation of the cards.4 instead of 5 stars due to the numbering issue & slow/lost deck on try number 1. There is no LWB - which would be nice to learn about each artist & how they interpreted their creation. The box is flimsy - but that's okay for the price as well.If you are on the fence - It can't hurt to try. The pics in the description and reviews are accurate - so no need to add mine. Enjoy!

Eh.
These cards are kind of all over the place. There isn’t consistency in design and some cards were mis labeled or not labeled at all. I fixed that problem myself with a pen. Wouldn’t recommend for someone just starting to read cards. Some of the designs are really good while some make no sense in context with what the card means. I think that the fact the cards were designed by many multiples of artists worked against it when It comes down to it. And I question if all of the artist had a good understanding of each cards meaning in order to illustrate it. Nice concept though. They are pretty and easy to shuffle .

These Tarot Cards are awesome!
Never have I seen an amazing deck quite like this one. Each card is made by individual artists which I found to be very unique and adds a very warm personal touch. Also, the cards are wider than normal tarot decks. They are also very colorful. Orange is the most noticeable color in these cards. I hope that the next round of these cards come with a nicer box to house the deck, but this is clearly a small company making these grassroots style. I gave this deck away as a gift to a friend she loved the uniqueness of them!!

Just wow! So glad to add to my collection.
First off, WOW! I was a little bit worried when I saw that someone had reviewed this product and said that the cards felt like paper, but with many great reviews I had to trust my gut. The card stock feels real and most definitely not like paper! The artwork is unique and each card feels so special when you look through the deck. You can tell a lot of genuine work went into The Family Tarot Deck. Definitely a good purchase. I am so happy with it and would recommend this one.
