Was frustrating to try and set up. Support said internet was too slow. Tried several times without success and gave up. Tried again and had new ISP and Arlo support said it was not working but as out of warranty it should be recycled at local council centre. No discount offered for replacement. Suggest if you can’t get it to work easily you return quickly. Very disappointing. Cameras all working fine and good results.

Device is ok Software or interface is not great. You cannot access the storage remotely unless you setup port forwarding.. that has some security risks. Generally disappointed with the Arlo products or rather the companies push towards making everyone pay monthly subscriptions so you can access stored video.

My Arlo system stopped working for no apparent reason but looking on the Arlo site, it appears that the VM3000 base station is no longer supported. I purchased this newer base station to replace it and it works perfectly with my old Arlo cameras.

No wireless connectivity. Little or no supporting setting instructions. Very difficult to set up which led to wasted time, frustration abd swearing. Can't access smarthub if you aren't on the same network. Arlo say it can be done but offer no support on how it might be achieved. I guess it's just to encourage us to buy their yearly subscription.

Rispecchia le aspettative registra le immagini delle telecamere arlo essential xl in locale. C'è voluto un po di tempo per connettersi alla rete locale e agli aggiornamenti del firmware ma poi è andato tutto liscio. Sono deluso solo per il costo che lo reputo eccessivo. La pecca è che deve essere collegato con il cavo LAN al router di casa per cui zvendo un solo accesso l'ho dovuto mettere vicino al router.

Je l’ai pris pour pouvoir visionner en cas de détection de mouvement, et c’est le cas ! Il faut d’abord connecter le hub et ensuite les caméras.
