great base earring, does not irritate sensitive ears

unlike "plated" earrings, these are the true metal, meaning allergies to cheaper metals not triggered. great light earring, can sleep with them no problem.

Zero customer service

The back post broke off the first time my daughter used her earrings. She called Shashi customer service. They were quite rude and said take it back to the store. This tells me they are a hit and run company. Zero customer service.
