I’ve never refrigerated and it works well. This product is a staple in my home. Pain relief, skin healing of any kind, even vericose veins. I believe long term this is very effective for vericose veins. Any natural healing takes time but you can beer it’s healed. Some side effects can get worse and then much better. I would then recommend a liver cleanse, the filter of our body to stop recurculation. Unfortunately the jar has become half the size. I hope Dr Christopher family keeps his heart and intentions to help the less fortunate heal please

I've been using this for over a decade. Speeds healing for everything body related, stitches, rough skin (elbow, foot) cut and scratches, sore back, even broken bones. I will always have this around in my house. All my kids have moved out and they still continue to buy it. I buy this formula in 1lb powder form as well. Works better together.

Love the product but arrived with a broken lid. I don't feel like dealing with returning it so will try to make do. It wasn't wrapped it bubble wrap so that would prob. Help.

This product healed my chronic back pain and inflammation. I'm not exaggerating and it isnt a placebo - I've ordered 3 jars of this stuff now, and after using 2 and a half full jars over about 11 months time, I can say it has fully healed me. Gone is the pain and inflammation from muscle overstrain, scar tissue, bone spurs, nerve (?) damage (not sure if this product can regenerate nerve cells). Acupuncture, lumbar stretches, Icy Hot, every NSAID under the sun, Flexeril, chiropractors, trigger-point injections, MRI's, xrays...the pain was unbearable and I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. After applying this stuff once (sometimes twice), every *other* day, the feeling has returned in the areas of my midback where there wasn't any. Really rub the stuff in too. I practically kneaded it into my muscles and joints. I can feel my fingertips now as I run my finger along the center of my spine where the most damage was. Before using this product, there was noticeable tension, tightness, scar tissue build up. I just can't even really explain it. Also: I fell down a mountainside and scraped up both of my arms REALLY badly. I was sure the scars that were to come would be there forever, but as my scrapes and cuts healed, I applied a very thin layer of this product everyday (and never put a band-aid or anything over my wounds). It healed SO FAST, within a week, with no scar to be seen. I never write reviews for things, ever. I found this to be a highly beneficial product. I have been suffering with pain on the bottom of my left foot and heel for about a month, not really plantar fasciitis, and it gets very aggravated working on my feet all day. I started using this formula 3 to 4 times a day and started noticing pain relief by the third day.

I really wanted to live this cuz I love all things dr Christopher’s but I just got this and wow was this bad.. first it has to be refrigerated so that’s kinda annoying because I’m never going to remember to use it.. but I was more than willing to give it a chance and deal with the fact that it has to be refrigerated! So I tried it on after my shower and omg it’s bad.. now please keep in mind/believe me when I say I’m the LEAST PICKIEST PERSON when it’s comes to weird natural products! Likes I’ve used Etsy handmade stuff and weird home remedies stuff.. like the benefits are always the most important thing for me not smell or texture, and I can put up with a lot! But this was sooo waxy and hard and thick I had to try and melt in my hand my rubbing it a looong time (like why too long) and then I put I on my affected “areas” and my face (I put it on my face because I noticed it has a lot of the similar ingredients to dr Christopher’s beauty balm one, and like I said before I’m not picky usually).. Anyway it goes one yellow and leaves a yellow tint on your skin.. it also doesn’t absorb AT ALL not matter how much I rub it in and eventually little grain of rice sized wax develop from trying to rub it in.. so I collect those and wash off my hands. Ok at this point I’m done and I go lay down and hope it absorbs eventually but Nope.. So eventually I went and tried to rinse some off because the smell and stickyness was making me insecure (my husband gets back from a long work trip today and I’m trying be right) and it barely even comes off with water and a towel.. wow Yeah also it smells pretty bad which I would of totally not even cared about it would of just been lighter/easier for my skin to absorb.. I also really don’t like that the 2nd ingredient was wheat germ oil because that’s thee most comedogenic oil there is! And again I don’t usually care like I use coconut oil on my face everyday and that’s comedogenic too but this stuff was wayyyy worse! So for all those reasons I don’t see myself being able to use this.. 3 stars because I fully believe anything dr Christopher’s makes WORKS but unfortunately I won’t be able to use this one.. I will however try the massage oil!! I have a feeling the oil with absorb better or at the very least it will be easier to apply and I won’t have to deal with wax grains developing! Maybe I got from a bad batch tho idk.. it did smell pretty bad/bitter but that could just be cause all the herbs..

Bought for my husband after his massage therapist suggested it. He uses it on his knee before a workout to smooth his knee pain, so I guess it works. He keeps it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.

I'm so grateful for this wonderful product, which has helped my hubby with a lower back pain (nerve associated) issue. This and the nerve drops (with the original formula) are helping his back steadily improve, and heal naturally (without pain killers). He's massaging a small amount - about the size of a quarter - into his back pain area each night (putting a paper towel overtop the massaged area to protect the bedding from any potential staining - though we don't think it would) and each day when he wakes up, he comments on how much better his lower back is feeling. Pain is definitely diminishing and going away as the inner nerves and tissue around the injury begin to heal with this natural help. I'm also using occasionally for tight shoulder muscles and have found that it also eases things very nicely. The scent is natural (not nasty or smelly) and reminds me of beeswax soap (if you like that scent). We'd recommend happily.

Great seller, the product was genuine and arrived on time. I deducted one star because the next day of my order this seller reduced the price by 400rs I guess. So I was wondering why. Anyway I used the ointment and didn't observe such bad smell I had 9 fractures around backbone and pelvic region. I could not explain if it helped or not also I used it only for 10days because of Comfrey. Will definitely update after a visit to doctor.
