I like it, because Iam almost 80 yrs old. And I get stiffness in my legs. So I have been using this for 5 days, and I do 100 stretches in for my legs, and after 5 days I’m starting to fill alot better in my legs. I feel less stiff. So I highly reccomend this, if your a senior.

There is definitely some resistance and you'll get a work out I love that its compacted and you can travel with it.The downside is there is no workout instructions 😢

RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!My wife wanted this, so I ordered it for her. It came today and I connected the bands to the pedals and handle per the instructions. I decided to try it out, so I laid back on the couch in the same position shown in the upper-left picture in the instructions and started to pull back. Just as I began to feel some tension, the nylon strap that holds the D-ring to the handlebar snapped and it came flying back into my face, nearly knocking out my front teeth. Thank goodness it broke before getting much more tension on this or I would have been in the ER. I'm also grateful that this did not happen while my wife was using this. From the videos that show use of this and other similar products, you should be able to pull this through a wide range of motion and under that amount of tension, this thing would be a killer. Needless to say, we're returning this and will look for something that's better made. I looked at the strap closely and it appears that it had almost no stitching at all; a complete lack of quality control.BUYER BEWARE

Great requirement, not for people with short legs. Therefore should not be described as a sit up machine. The bands are very long. Great for the stand up exercises, but too long for resistance in situps.
