Canderel Sweetener Tablets, 300 each

Very convenient substitute sweetener in an easy to use dispenser. It did take a few weeks to get delivery but well worth it; will plan or ordering plenty of time in advance in the future. Actually, wasn't any more expensive (including delivery) that off the shelf in Ireland.

Had this a couple of years ago in Ireland. Taste is great and tablets dissolve in cold or hot beverages! It is my “hands-down” favorite sweetener. I am so glad Amazon carries it! This “red” dispenser of Canderel tablets are made up of aspartame and not saccharin.

Discovered these in Europe. I liked the way they tasted, so I bought them. Yes, they are just saccharin, but somehow they appeal to my tastebuds ... maybe because I've been away from it so long.

This is sucralose not aspartame. Buyer beware if that's not what you are looking for. Looked similar to packaging we had in Greece but that was aspartame, this is not.

Why can't the sugar substitutes in the US taste like these? I've tried all kinds of fake sweeteners and this is the only one that doesn't make my taste buds complain.

The product arrived in a timely manner. The tablets are great when you can get them out of the dispenser. To use the dispenser, you squeeze the side, the tablets are supposed to fall through the tiny hole & the dispenser is supposed to snap back. Most of the time, I have to shake & rattle the dispenser for a while to get a tablet to fall through. The dispenser never snaps back. I have to use a pliers & pull the side back to its original position. I finally gave up doing this every morning - it takes too much time & is very frustrating...so I broke open the dispenser & put the tablets in a small pill bottle.
