JETech Screen Protector for iPad mini 5/4 (2019/2015 Model, 5th/4th Generation), Tempered Glass Film, 1-Pack

Let me just say that I’ve spent a small fortune on Zagg screen protectors for all of my devices and have paid to have them all professionally installed. Never, ever again. So when the Zagg screen protector developed a crack I literally groaned thinking “well there goes another $50-$60 down the drain.” Don’t get me wrong I was grateful that my iPad was protected but I knew there had to be a less expensive alternative. Thanks to the many positive reviews and videos I ended up purchasing the JETech tempered glass screen protector for my iPad mini 5.I actually put off installing the new screen protector for several days because I was pretty sure I’d mess it up but this thing is virtually foolproof.I made sure to begin with a working area that was clean and as dust-free as possible. Washed my hands and cleaned the iPad surface with a lens wipe before I even began. The instructions are very clear and alignment was a breeze. It took longer to clean my working area and hands than it did to install the new screen protector. No bubbles, no dust and perfect alignment. The screen sensitivity is unaffected and I am one very happy camper. Would definitely recommend the product although only time will tell if it protects as great as it installs; and will buy JETech products going forward.

My phone has a $40 screen protector. This one is no different as far as the "feel" which is really important to me. It has the same feel as the glass on a apple device. In other words you don't even know it's there. Also, I'm really good at installing screen protectors but this comes with a novel install process that is far superior to any other method. The install method for this product will become the standard for the whole industry, it's that good. (you basically create a hinge with stickers, like a door on hinges to align the protector, then open the door and remove the protective film then close the door- it's super easy and the directions are clearly written)

I was very worried about dirt and cat hair when I used this. I was also worried about the texture of the screen changing and being able to install it straight.I was able to follow the instructions and install it without dust or cat hair in a dust filled room. I got it on not straight at first, but was able to lift it and fix it easy enough. I have paired it with an armorex silicone case for my 5 year old's tablet. It is a great combination. People do not even know there is a protector on his tablet.Update 2020: We are now buying a 3rd one of these since 2016. My son has dropped his tablet many times and this screen protector has cracked once in 2017 and just recently. I’m very pleased at the protection this continues to offer as the actual iPad continues to be scratch and crack free.

The JETech screen protector came packaged in a nice box with everything you need to including wipes, a rag, sticker to pick off any dust, and two guide stickers. The screen protector itself seems great, it has a very smooth slippery feel and does not smug. Installing it would be easy except that the guide stickers do not stick to the sceeen very good. As I was placing the protector onto the iPad mini 4 the guide stickers did not hold the protector and it dropped onto the iPad out of place, so I had to remove it which caused and start over again. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the useless guide stickers that didn’t hold well. Overall the protector itself is great and I would purchase it again if needed but would not use the guide stickers.

I don’t normally write reviews for small things like screen protectors, but I just installed my second one of these today and wanted to say how impressed I am with them! I originally bought one for my iPad and decided to buy another for my daughter’s iPad. Installing was a little tricky, I had several air bubbles that just wouldn’t go away, so I lifted up the screen protector from the corner until it caught up to the air bubble. When I laid it back down the bubbles were gone! I had to do this twice (once toward the bottom and one on the upper right corner). I also love how it has a lifetime warranty! Truly a great product.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I’ve had the JETech tempered glass film protector on my brand new iPad mini 4 for about 1 year in addition to an Otterbox folio case. I choose it because the reviews were good and the price was just a little cheaper than others. This is my first time using a tempered glass film.It has done a good job protecting the screen from scratches and really came through yesterday. My tv screen fell, hitting the face up iPad. The hit was hard enough to leave an indentation on the otter box case. It shattered the corner of the screen protector. But the iPad screen itself is still in perfect condition with no cracks or scratches. Thank you so much JETech! I am reordering another one ASAP.

I have an iPad Mini 4 and the product came in a nice hard folder so the screen protector was protected the whole time, even though whoever delivers my packages likes to shove them through the mailbox. Everything came as expected, and the nice wiping sheets and cleaners for installation were a nice touch as well. Installation was a breeze and I had no problems whatsoever.The main point of my review is that I had a crack on the bottom left of my iPad Mini 4 maybe 1-2 weeks after installing it. I don't take my Mini out of the house and typically use it to play games or watch shows when I walk around the house or cook. I'm not sure where the crack was from, but 100% was not from falling. It must have been something that fell on it because it was just one crack. So I contacted the seller and they promptly messaged me back saying they would send a replacement. I got the replacement, and everything is as excepted.Rinse and repeat, but hopefully this time no cracks. 5-stars for the seller sending the replacement promptly. They were nice about it too!

I don’t often write reviews, however having tested a few different screen protectors on my phone and tablet I’ve found these great value for money. The clarity and oleophobic coating is much better than the cheaper screen protectors. The finish lasts longer and the screen isn’t cloudy like with the cheap ones. The screen is easy to wipe clean, and finish feels very similar to the OEM panel on my iPad.

This is the second time I have purchased this screen protector as I was genuinely impressed by it's performance.The protector is easy to install and adheres quickly with no airbubbles. The screen retains the same tactile feel and is very responsive.The attached picture shows the screen protector after point impact damage, caused by the iPad being dropped onto a sharp object. The screen protector performed flawlessly and my iPad was completely undamaged.£5.99 vs £200 for the repair bill is an absolute bargain.

Having bought the Ipad mini for a fairly clumsy husband I wanted to know that at least the screen was protected from any likely mishaps & this does the job perfectly. It feels substantial, but is very light & doesn't impair the screen at all. easy to install & smudge free. Definitely recommend.

This JETech screen protector, made of tempered glass, is really easy to install without bubbles and fits the iPad Mini 4 perfectly (note that it doesn't fit the iPad Mini 1, 2 or 3 but similar protectors are available from JETech). I used it for my Son's iPad Mini 4 together with a new SPIGEN case and it fits perfectly. Great product; highly recommended!

This fits perfectly on the iPad mini 4, and perfectly with the grey translucent TechRise case.(One guy here reviewed it saying it doesn't fit, but he clearly has a mini 3, which is 3.2mm smaller than the 4.)I had a much better time applying this than the more expensive Anker glass, and this seems to be slightly more fingerprint resistant as well.The Anker glass clung immediately to the top and bottom of the screen leaving massive bubbles in the middle that you can't push out because the glass is too rigid to do so.This one applied the way I expect it to, I drop the bottom on first and line it up at the top, and the 'stick' evenly and satisfyingly spreads from one end to the other.The blue sticker can also be used to remove any stray bits of dust that stick themselves to the adhesive side of the glass before plopping it on the screen.
