My kids spilt juice on the joy cons, I wanted to try to clean them instead of spending 80 bucks on a new setting. I purchased this kit for 8 dollars with a coupon. I was able to take everything apart clean it thoroughly and put it back together. Works like new now. This little kit saved me 80 dollars on a new set, I highly recommend it! I bought this with not-so-high expectations, but I was a bit desperate and needed something on the cheap side. Basically my Nintendo Switch needed to have the left side rail on the console, and left joycon side rail replaced; I also needed to open up my pro-controller so I could use some WD-40 on the joystick area (since it was making an obnoxious squeaky sound). And it worked perfect on the pro-controller! I checked all the screws (including the Switch) and compared the sizes to the screwdrivers and yup they fit snug. Not even worried about corrosion.

I had previously purchased a cheap screwdriver to use o byte switch that was quickly destroyed by the dreaded tri-wing screws. The screwdrivers in this set are much stronger. All of the tools provided and the extra screws make this well worth the money. The magnetism of the screwdriver really helps with keeping track of the tiny screws. If you are trying to replace the case on your switch this is the tool set to go with.

I love how consistent nintendo is with their hardware, or maybe it might be a Japan thin, not sure, but the screws you find on the switch and the same as on the Game Boy color. Got it to open my game boy color because the buttons weren't responding, and it got the job done, got the screws out with the drivers and used the brush to help me clean it. BUT do be ware if the screw is super tight, as one of the internal screws were, it did mess up the screw so I had to use a plier to unscrew it and again to tighten it back. After some fiddling with the board, put all the screws back and it's working as new.

This little kit contains everything you need for repairs. The screwdrivers are easy to use and will take care of the Y style screws. Tweezers and also the pick was super helpful. It also comes with a small box to hold all the tools as well. Highly recommended for repairs.

Great little kit. The screwdrivers feel good to grip and easily remove the screws flawlessly. The separator tool works very good. I never tried the suction cup yet.
