I really like these because they are small and easy to swallow. I searched extensively, and they are by far the best value for my money. I am on many meds throughout the day, and these work well with them. I like that they support my cardiovascular health and give me a bit of energy.

Sometimes I would “work” in the store, and I recall feeling a sense of pride that my friends were recognized and respected in the community for their health, food, products, and supplements. Now some 20 years later, I still standby now supplements and I never was told by my physician how important K2 is when taking vitamin D. My 12yo needed supplementing and this is the product the pediatrician recommended. They also shared with me the research surrounding the importance and the benefit of these two taken together. I started taking them as well rather than the vitamin D I was advised to take by my doctor. I feel like there is definitely a difference and my son tolerates them well. I am chronically deficient and vitamin D and supplementing doesn’t usually work for me however it’s working beautifully for my son within three months (likely less, but that’s when we did our follow up lab) his results improved significantly! It is a great value, the pill size is easy to swallow for my 12 year-old and myself (which can be challenging for me at times with other pills), the capsule is smooth. I know my family friends chose this brand to represent their family values for a reason, the effectiveness and quality ingredients you can trust, which is why I will continue to support until something tells me or shows me differently. I also think my son has more energy. He always has been an active child, but also restless and unmotivated to get moving. Despite being my outdoors kid, the sunshine just isn’t enough to maintain steady vitamin D levels for him. This product has been a game changer and I’m so thankful. I hope Now Supplements stays true to their values and never follow what many of these other companies are doing as far as ingredients, false claims and poor quality control.
