Shure PGA31-TQG Wireless Headworn Condenser Microphone

This headset worked like a charm! I used it today while teaching my group fitness classes, and it worked perfectly. The sound came through clearly, and I had no issues with it during class. As a fitness instructor, having a reliable microphone is a must, especially when you’re constantly moving around, giving cues, and teaching over loud music. This one did exactly what I needed it to do!I’m really happy with my purchase, and so far, so good! If you’re a group fitness instructor looking for a dependable headset, this one is definitely worth considering!

It works. I need another transmitter to plug it into. Which is best?

This headworn mic replaced one my husband has been using for years when he's preaching. According to him, it's great! He likes the fit, it's not heavy on his head, it was easy to assemble, and his voice comes through with clarity. It has all the necessary connectors to plug and use straight out the box. This is definitely a great investment and a great value.

I bought this to use in my hybrid classroom in which half my students are in person and the other half are online via ZOOM. Because of the current times, those of us in the classroom must wear a face mask and there are also plexiglass barriers for students and faculty. That makes the use of microphones in the classroom absolutely essential for the benefit of the students on ZOOM. But it is also very helpful in the classroom because wearing a mask makes it difficult to project your voice in the classroom. This unit easily plugs into the transmitter that is already in our classrooms. That gives me the protection of having my own headset, which seems essential when virus transmission is a strong concern. But this is also critical because each unit has to be connected to the classroom sound system and channels have to be carefully selected in order to avoid interference both within each classroom, but also from classroom to classroom. Trying to bring in your own transmitter would be highly impractical, so having an easily plugged in headset is a great compromise. The sturdy construction is also very important when wearing a mask. I have noticed when observing colleagues who are using the ultra-thin models that are also very popular that the light nature of those produces a rubbing sound with the mask that can produce a very annoying noise. This model on the other hand can be set right against the mask and will stay there, especially because of the larger foam cover. This creates a very stable sound and no rubbing noises. The cost of that of course is a heavier unit, which I do not find to be a problem.

Hace bought two of these. One for the Pastor and one for the Sun school teacher. They are great. No cutoff, no screeching, none of that. They work perfectly well. Great size and great price

I bought when I started teaching at the gym 2 years ago. It stays out as well as it always has and fits great. It gets put in the bubble wrap bag after use but then into my gym bag which with 2 kids gets thrown, dropped, stepped on in the car and is still going strong!

I am a fitness instructor, so a working mic is critical to teaching a quality class. I am now on my 3rd one of these in just 2 months! The mic either works for just a day or so, or it doesn’t work at all. I’m not sure if Amazon is actually selling refurbished mics, but I am extremely dissatisfied by the quality. I have been an instructor for 10 years and have never experienced this kind of quality issue. I would advise not purchasing!

Excellent product with great sound and ergonomics.

Shure es li mejor! Me encanta! A pesar del sudor la verdad funciona muy bien y dura bastante! Las he comprado muchas veces a lo largo de 15 años y la verdad me encantan!

I have used different headset mikes over the years as I teach fitness classes. I found this the best for sound and reliability. It fits comfortably on my head and the mouthpiece can be easily moved. I'm glad I purchased it.
