We have been on vitamin B for our whole lives. We are not finding any difference in the methylfolate vitamin B, other than we feel great. No stomach issues cuz we take it w food. My dad is 87 and likes it very much.

If you can't stomach Vitsmins it could be that you have a gene mutstion; MTFR. Research this so you can arm yourself with thr right information and get the nutrients from taking Methyl B vitamins suvh as found in tjis B Complex. Works as intended

If you research, cyanocobalamin is made with cyanide and is NOT healthy. Methylcobalamin is the most easily used version. 5-MTHF is very good version and methyl folate is BY FAR better than the synthetic, lab created version of folic acid so these are all in the form your body can use properly without the poisonous versions. I had a gene test done and the 4 B vitamins in this are exactly what I wanted and it has the benefit of the other 2 quality ingredients. I have ordered some for my mother also and she feels a difference.

I feel more energetic and spry after taking this B complex. Has really helped me replenish my folate levels. Having the MTHFR gene mutation I can’t get folate from my diet or other sources as easily so this really fixes my issue! Have gone through 2 bottles now.
