Great value for do it your self at home people, contractors should opt for brushless power tools, I had to cut through brick for doorway opening so I put 10” diamond tip cutting blade on this angle and used the batteries from my craftsman electric lawnmower which has two 20v 5 amp hour batteries and I have to say I’m impressed that it cut the brick quite easily with having to go through both batteries twice for each cut but it got the job done and I’ve used every tool in this kit extensively with the only drawback being battery life but I got plenty of batteries since I have all electric craftsman yard tools that came with batteries so I’m never really waiting for any to charge, so if you let the tools do the work and don’t try to force them they will get the job done

This kit is hands down worth the money. Though the circular saw and reciprocating saw aren’t super powerful, they do the job for small jobs. All the other tools are jam up. They do the job and they do it well. No issues or her than bring out a reciprocating saw, which was under warranty and was handled quickly by Craftsman.

I earlier wrote that Craftsman warranty service is horrible. I was contacted by Craftsman to find out how they could rectify my problem. I sent an email and promptly received a response. My charger had failed after only the second use. I had called in a claim and nothing happened. After a couple emails, I got a new charger in a few days. I mentioned in one email that the drill had a wobbly chuck. The next email informed me that a replacement drill had been ordered, but might be delayed due to high shipping volume. The new drill came about 7 days later. It is a complete kit that includes a battery and charger. I'm very happy with this new experience.

I like those tools a lot i recomend it

I have used these several times since purchasing and I am very happy with them. Biggest down fall is the 6” blades for skill saw are challenging to find locally.

You can buy these tools individually and pay more money, or you could just buy this and save. I have other V20 tools, so I want to upgrade all my tools to the same. This kit came with 2 batteries, which is good, since I don’t plan on using every tool at the same time, plus I have a couple from the other tools. Also comes with everything needed to use each tool, blades and what not. After first use, they seem able to hold up what I would use them for, and more. My dad always had craftsman, so I follow suit, and am not disappointed. V20 products are worth it

When I saw the Craftsman name, and on Amazon, no brainer right? The price is a little high to be bottom end, expected mid ranged tools and bought in hard. Couldn't wait.Until it arrived. I haven't even used the tools but already founda) the drill chuck wobbles, IMO excessivelyb) the light on the drill is blocked by the chuck itself, which means it doesn't illuminate what you're drillingc) the circular saw blade is impossible to install without prying on the guard like you want to break it. Seriously, I even turned to Youtube to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong, and saw tons of other comments asking the same thing.d) the circular saw notch in the shoe is not aligned with the blade! This is completely unacceptable.It's like whoever designed these thing thought 'oh other people put a notch in for some reason, lets put one in too.' Same with the drill light. Without understanding what it's for.I didn't get a chance to test the other tools. I'm throwing all of it in a box and returning it. Seriously, Harbor Freight tools have better QC than these.Everything is made in China. To SBD's credit, you -can- buy some Craftsman tools made in USA, but expect to spend Milwaukee level money.Overall, I'm highly disappointed that such a highly respected brand has been turned into...whatever this is.
