Received this mini egg without a pump or a plug. I had an extra pump on hand so that was no problem. I was able to pump it up but had to use tape to keep the air in because they did not send me a plug. It worked for a day but air escapes rendering this exercise ball useless. For the price, I would have expected better quality and service.

Super! +Übungsanleitung
Bin sehr zufrieden. Aufgrund eines Wirbelanbruchs muss ich meine Rückenmuskulatur stärken. Einen ähnlichen Ball habe ich bei der Physiotherapie benutzt. Und um Übungen zu hause zu machen habe ich ihn mir bestellt. Den Ball kann man auch mit dem Mund aufpusten. Es liegt auch eine Anleitung mit 18 verschiedenen Übungen bei. Pluspunkt für Leute wie mich die vorher nicht wussten was man mit dem Ei anstellen soll. ;-)
