Excellent Batteries !!!!!!
Worked perfectly. I wrongly thought that the "Lo" display on the thermometer meant low battery. TOTALLY wrong. The batteries were perfect, "Lo" is NORMAL and referred to the room temperature being below 32 C. Battery low indicator appears differently in bottom right hand corner of display. Hope that helps.
