just as the pictures show. it's a good quality mat. I use it for pick-nicks. Much more suitable for outside dining... If you don't have to carry it too far. Also, there is no good place to store such a large mat. I'd buy more if I could find a use for it.

I love this stuff. Looks great on my bar.

9/2/19...... yikes since May trying figure out& treat bumps, itchinging! Didn’t return item as took this long to figure it out... got out of house after spraying didn’t help & finally figured as a head board it was the one thing that was new in room. Like flu it traveled a distance. Just a product of time & distance.

I haven't bought this product, but being from Hawai'i, I would just like to let everyone know that this is made from the Hawaiian Lauhala plant, and is not bamboo, and is not fine woven because the leaves are wide. If you are looking for fine woven, try looking for a different product.

I ordered 8 rolls of this product to hang on the walls of my bedroom. I wanted to give it a 'tiki hut' effect and must say it actually exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully woven with no snags or irregular weaving. It was also thin, pliable and light-weight enough that it held with only a few furniture nails driven through around the edges. My only complaint is that, like with any hand-made item, there were irregular angles along the edges. Some of the corners weren't 90 degrees and no side was completely straight, causing the edges to veer away from the corners and expose the wall beneath. It really needs to be taped in back and cut to be completely straight and had I the time, would have done so. With that said, I made 3 separate purchases of the product, as I found myself needing more to cover my walls, and do not regret doing so at all. Just be expected that you may need to trim the sides if you want the lines to match up and look professional.

I used this item as the insert on a barn door between my bedroom & bathroom. It was easy to affix to the plywood. With a couple of coats of sealer, I don't have to worry about moisture damage on the bathroom side.

The rug is not as high quality as I would have liked. It is also not a uniform rectangle. It is best purposed as an outdoor rug, since the look is to rough for most indoor spaces. Furthermore, the price can easily be beat by shopping out surplus stores in our metropolitan area.
