Is this a spray or fogger? on the can it looks like a fogger.

It is a spray. If you spray all of your rooms at once then it looks like a fogger. It works.

Is it safe to spray this on my bed?

I'd say it would probably be safe to spray on the bare mattress, allow it to dry, then put clean sheets over it before getting on it. I wouldn't recommend spraying this on anything that's going to be coming into direct contact with your skin for prolonged periods. Like Sheets or blankets... You'd probably get some irritation. If you're worried about the washer killing fleas on your sheets; as long as you wash in hot soapy water and put in the dryer on High Heat. It should kill the fleas. You could also use white sheets/bedding and bleach them when you wash them.

I sprayed on friday, found one on monday.we were not badly infested yet. should spray again or give it more time?

I would spray again. Vaccum. And even if you don't see anymore use it regularly when you vaccum.

How long does it take to get results?

I always get results quickly. I would see a couple on my sock like the next day to come but I would spray for a couple days and vaccum after each spraying. Raid Flea Killer Room and Carpet always gave great results.
