Very pleased with the product that was delivered in unexpected fast timing. Very easy to install. I will be ordering more in the near future - to replace all of our indoor doorknobs.

The porcelain breaks if you tighten the screws too much, but they look good and are comparatively cheap.

I ordered 2 knobs and they arrived within a couple of days. The knobs themselves were as described but unfortunately one of the backing disks was broken. There was no way I could find to return the backing disk or one of the pairs of knobs on there own and we liked the working one. After contacting the customer service they have refunded the complete order. I will need 4 more sets and will definitely order them from this company. Great customer service!

Great . Only prob it inserting screw fixing in handle is very difficult. Unfortunately had to do it with screw on top ( not weather good) so I could see It and fit it!.

I but this type of knob a lot.This version has a screw that goes into a nut and the nut compresses against the spindle.With mine, the nut just spun so did not tighten against the spindle. I would not buy again.

Arrived when stated. Ceramic door knobs look good and suitable for their intended purpose. All materials in the box. The functionality issue is with the 'locking' screws that fail to secure the knobs to the square sectioned spindle. The screws work loos and I have had to use plumbers tape to ensure the knobs stay attached, although, gentle tightening is still required about every three days! This is not ideal.
