It works!

The product, thank goodness, is perfect. However, the customer service is poor. I filled out their customer service form 5 times, 5 days in a row in order to verify that I was ordering the correct replacement battery. There were several batteries to choose from but none with the same exact SKU or number that I needed. They never wrote me back, so I guessed and purchased one that was similar. Thank goodness, it works. Why have a customer service page if you don't plan to reply? It makes no sense.
