20" Box Fan, 3 Settings, Max Cooling Technology, Carry Handle, White (G20BOX-WHT)

First impressions, and will update later with any changes. Shipping box (manufacturer's original) is sufficient protection for city, semi-rural delivery. The fan is made of high impact plastic that appears to be high quality from an injection mold or maybe even 3D printed. That's a plus in my experience to reduce possibility of rust, corrosion, and produces less noise from metal vibration. The appearance is very contemporary and aesthetically attractive, with thought behind the construction - there are two 'pockets' in the back to store a wound cord and the feet swivel into place to support the fan while standing. The power knob on the front makes it easy to adjust if using in a window (facing in, pulling in outside air) with the sash or blinds pulled down to the top of the fan. The blades are shaped differently from my other box fans (those are rather like flower petals), which resemble the propeller on a plane. It's quieter than I thought it would be from other review comments, and the air output and movement is very, very good. The grill on back and front looks like it will be easy to clean with a smaller bottle brush. I live in an area that gets triple digit heat in the spring and summer, so if this has a lifespan of 2-3yrs like my other box fans I'll be incredibly pleased for the price paid. Great fan for the price.. I do recommend this fan, it's very easy to use, great material size is perfect great power. Definitely throws great fresh air,the material is very sturdy.

First, I ordered a white box fan and received a black one. No idea how or why that happened, but for my purposes it doesn't matter, and I actually prefer the black version for the intended location. I use box fans in my home to improve air flow, air filtering (with a 20x20x1 filter attached) and white noise. I keep a couple running at all times. I have purchased numerous $20-$25 box fans from a large local retailer (I believe Lasko is the prominent brand). This is so much better. I purchased one of these a while ago and liked it so much that I went with this fan again. The legs / stands are robust and the airflow is substantially better with these. Which, that also means they are noisier than the standard, cheap-o $20 box fans. If you want a completely silent fan, then you probably should look for something else if you're looking to move air. If you want a much-better version of a box fan you can pick up locally, this could be a great option. If you want something that moves even more air, get something like this AIr King (B0007Q3RMA) -- though that is even louder, but much more powerful than this. This does run $10-$20 more than box fans I can get locally if buying new, but the extra price so far has been justified. They look better, they function better and they offer better airflow.

Much more powerful than I expected. I actually thought it was on high when it was only on low, and only realized after adjusting the speed settings. It is a little on the louder side, but that’s not an issue for me. The adjustable plastic legs make it easy to fit wherever I need it, and it has a clean, minimalist look that works well in most rooms. I only wish there was a handle on the top.

Helll yes! Needed a LOUD fan to drown out night time noises and actually circulate air this is the one! Good ol reliable box fan. This baby is loud af so if you’re a “I need a fan to sleep” person this is that fan. If you want quiet find a different one lol

Love this fan. I’d keep my window open at night to let the cool air in but it wasn’t cutting it. I had to run the AC to cool my room down so I was able to sleep. I like my room freezing cold when I sleep. Since getting this I put it in my window at night, like an hour before I go to sleep so it’s nice and cool when I'm ready for bed & it’s cools my room down significantly. It’ll actually get cold in my room if it’s cool enough outside. Obviously if it’s warm outside it won’t do much help in the window but even just as a fan itself it’s powerful and strong. It is pretty loud though on the highest setting (there’s 3 power settings) but I don’t mind it too much.

I completely forgot about these kinds of fans, when our house temperature hit 100 degrees inside, I knew I had to do something to flush out the hot air. And I grabbed this in hopes that it would help in the evening, and I have to say it's PERFECT, it's doing exactly what I wanted to draw in the nightly cool air and push out the hot bubble that builds up during the day. The only issue I have with this box fan is that it doesn't stand up on its own, unless I lean it against something, it's fallen over a few times and it's quite durable and super lightweight, but it needs some sort of feet or kickstand to hold it up. I highly recommend these for helping the cool down the house overnight, makes great airflow for any room. Cheers 🍷

This is the worst fan to get if you have pets and use it to keep cool during summer, it blow nice when it completely clean but like in 2-4 day, it gets so dirty so fast and loses the airflow fast as the grills( both front and backs) are small spaces that it gets clog with dust and fur super fast. Now as for cleaning, it is not even easy to clean as it not easy to take apart since there is barely any instruction on how to take a apart. In the manual guide that is provided on here this is what is say "1. Be sure to unplug from the electrical supply source before cleaning. 2. Plastic parts should be cleaned with mild soap and a damp cloth or sponge. Thoroughly to remove soap film with clean water. 3. Be sure not to make water or other liquid enter inside of motor". As you can see it does not provide information on how to take apart for cleaning. I have been trying to take it apart for around 30-60 mins. the only thing i manage to do was unscrew the only screw that at the bottom after that, i had assume you just slide the grill out from the bottom but it would not move. Hell I tried using alot of force that it feels like im about to break it. Honestly im just gonna just go ahead and just break the damn thing because of how bad this is. the fact the it get clog super fast that I would have to clean every 3 day just to have a decent airflow is not worth the trouble trying to take it apart and not worth the money. i would have return it if i had the extra money to imminently replace this fan with something else but when i bought during summer, i could not wait long for the refund and would take about a week or so because I needed a fan as I overheat easy and dont have an ac to use to cool down and wont have extra money for another 40 days after buying this. I would have just gotten a fan from walmart for around $15 which has so much better airflow then this and easier to take apart despite there would be 4 screws to unscrew. the reason I bought this cause i thought it would be soo much better airflow than the fan you can buy from walmart, thinking it would be an upgrade. Nope was so damn wrong it was a downgrade that costed $30. such a waste of money and time

Pros: Fan is exactly what I ‘needed’ to use it for: bedtime cooling air & white noise, improving sleep quality Item is exceptionally reasonably priced It effectively buffers ‘outside’ noise (when in room fan is located) thus provides conducive bedroom environment to sleep 3 perfect speeds, not overpowering tornadic velocity, but effectively blowing out air serving purpose Cons: It hums louder than an average desk oscillating fan - therefore Audio on TV or a radio ect would definitely need increase in volume to hear while fan in operation

First of all it was my honest mistake, I haven’t noticed it’s size. I mean, I knew it is 20 inches in blades but.. anyway. This thing moves a ton of air even in a slowest speed. And it’s great. But it’s loud as F. On the speed 1 it sounds like the plane passes by. On the speed 3 it sounds like the plane doing the take off next to your window. 😅 it’s really loud so be aware. But it’s okay to me as long as it doing it’s job.
