Is this hand drill tool easy to use?

It's a piece of junk, buy a more expensive model.

Can I use this to drill holes in beach glass?

I do not think so unless your grip is super strong! Also, I’m not sure the drill pins would work on glass. I believe that requires a special drill bit.

Could it drill through something like a D20 dnd dice?

I use this to drill into my resin art, and I have broken off a couple of bits in them. So I would say no. This is also a manual version, they do make battery operated ones that would probably be more suitable. My wrist gets tired and I’m not drilling through anything very thick at all. Not saying it isn’t a good product, it works for my use, but I think there are better options for what you’re looking for.
