Can I use this with lake country yellow heavy cutting pad? Or should I use with light cutting?

I would start with a light cutting pad first. If that doesn't work, switch to a heavier pad.

is a 250ml bottle enough for Porsche Cayenne entire car?

You should not be adding any water. Diluting the product simply makes your "cut" less effective. -SoCal Wax Shop-
