Did the bottle and straws come in a package or box? Mine came in a zipper bag and I’m suspicious it’s not new.

I've ordered these many times, They have always come in a zippered pouch bag, with extra straws. Mine have always looked new and clean, ordered many times and will order again, works perfect for my special needs daughter.

Can we close the lid with straw inserted?

No. The lid will not close when the straw is inserted.
