These are the Sonicare brush heads that I've been using for years because dentist recommend soft/really soft bristles. They work well and feel good well brushing. For best results, add them to your subscribe and save list to ensure you change your brush head every 4-6 weeks. If the bristles are breaking down faster, you may be pressing too hard or need to consult a dentist.

I got this because the other heads I were using were too harsh and as a result causing too much enamel erosion on my teeth. These are much gentler and still do a great job getting your teeth clean. the brush heads fit perfectly on the sonicares sold at costco, and so far are durable after a few weeks use.

For reference I have the original 4100 series with the AC plug on the charger, before they weakened the motors.I'm so glad they make these softer brush heads. The standard brush heads were way too stiff and vibrated the heck out of my teeth so that I worried about losing my fillings. The power of the original 4100 brush with these substantially softer heads is the perfect combination of cleaning power and gentleness. Quality is the same as all their heads. Bristles are firmly in place. Color bands on the bristles fade over time so you know when to replace them if you don't just go by the calendar like I do.

These Philips Sonicare Sensitive replacement heads are great for gentle, effective cleaning. The soft bristles are perfect for sensitive teeth, and they leave my mouth feeling fresh. However, the heads are a bit on the small side, and they are quite pricey compared to other options. Still, the quality makes it worth considering!

They are more gentle on my sensitive gums that the regular brush heads but just as effective.

My husband has very sensitive teeth and he loves to use these toothbrush head particularly saying that this head does not hurt nor irritate his teeth. The price is quite price to afford since it needs to be changed on a regular bases. However, it is worth getting if you have sensitive teeth like my husband. Because you can actually feel the difference between the sensitive toothbrush head and other regular ones!
