Very effective for gnats
I have an insane amount of tiny gnats around my indoor plants. I bought these out of desperation. Super easy to use- just peel the paper off both sides & pop it into the dirt. Within an hour of sticking the first trap into one of the pots, I successfully caught five bugs and an ornery cat. 😖🤦🏻♀️ They obviously work great (MANY more bugs have been caught), but please use with caution around cats. For whatever reason, 1 of my 3 cats was instantly obsessed. She kept biting them & pulling them out of the dirt. After an extremely unpleasant *unsticking* experience, I think she will leave them alone now.

If I have fungus knats these sticky bright yellow traps are BEST by far.
These bright yellow sticky traps do the BEST. Unlike other things I’ve tried by reading online… Vinegar in cups, take up too much room, beer didn’t work either. But, I will give you some advice. Before using these, you CAN get accurate information on how much peroxide to use & flush your plant with the solution. It kills the adults & the eggs they lay in the soil. Then you just peel & stick down into your plants pot. They are pointed on the end which makes them easy to do this. When the adults fly around & land on the sticky trap that’s the end. They are unable to fly away. Like I said I have read & tried everything & these are YOUR answer to your problem. REMEMBER to first use peroxide mixed with water first, otherwise you will just have more that will hatch from your soil. THEY WORK & NOT MESSY LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER CRAZY THINGS PEOPLE PUT ON THE INTERNET!! Happy planting season!! 🪴🌻🌼🌸🌺🪴

Trapped a lot of gnats
We had a lot of fungus gnats in our indoor plant pots. We used a few of these traps scattered in different pots and trapped a lot of gnats. Product was still very sticky after several days and still trapping bugs. It doesn't prevent the gnats altogether but helps a lot to stem the problem. Biggest downside is placement was a little difficult. It came with a mini shovel to help clear a spot for the trap in the soil but I didn't try to use it out of laziness. Very good product at what it does.

Works great!
The size and shape works well for my houseplants. The other styles (butterfly/tulip) are a little too big and the leaves would stick to them sometimes. The paper backing also is easier to remove than the others. Ordering more

Not as good as other brands
I don’t know what it is about this particular brand, but it doesn’t work compared to other sticky traps that look exactly the same. My only guess is these are not as sticky as others. I have seen gnats land on them and then fly away. I will not repurchase this brand again.

Doesn't Match the Purchasers Pictures
The traps I received do not have the non-sticky part that you normally can stick in the dirt. The entire surface is sticky and leaves the glue residue all over your fingers when you are trying to place them in the plants. You get like 6 of the clips for 96 traps. I have ~30 plants so most of these I had to place directly in the dirt. Will not purchase again. The do catch the fungus gnats though so they work as expected when it comes to that, so this is more of a inconvenience when compared to other gnat traps I've purchased on Amazon.

Love
So bought these after reading reviews, because I bought cheap soil and re-potted some of my house plants. The gnats were driving me crazy . I put these in almost every plant and also where I keep my fruit.Work really well, just a sticky trap. But I like since it comes with little stakes to hold trap and put in plant. I like lookups everyday to see how many I got.
